• The FPMS is a computer system designed to support the management of audiovisual production at every stage. It is a completely original and innovative project on a global scale. The system facilitates planning, managing, coordinating, and accounting for each production through a user panel and a dedicated private cloud server – all in one place! FPMS is scalable and user-friendly, making it easy to share with partners.

Social Value of the Project:

• FPMS will allow comprehensive planning, management, and accounting of audiovisual production in Poland and globally. It will improve the efficiency of the audiovisual industry, standardize processes, and nearly eliminate errors through automation. The justification for the FPMS system stems directly from market analysis and needs.

Implementation of the Project:

• The FPMS project aims to professionalize the industry, simplify entry into the industry, improve efficiency in audiovisual production, minimize document printing, assist in creating funding applications, provide a database of film professionals and production companies, improve the artistic and economic quality of projects through automation, and more.

Strategic Goals and Multidisciplinary Nature:

• FPMS is a fully commercial, scalable system based on a SaaS (Software as a Service) model. It will initially be available in Polish and English, catering to international producers and co-producers. The system combines various industries, both in terms of users and developers (programmers, consultants, artists, filmmakers, UX/UI designers, salespeople).
